In Rapid City, South Dakota, where the Black Hills rise suddenly from the plains and summer storms roll in without asking permission, trust is a valuable thing. Unfortunately, for Toby, trust in contractors had worn thin after a few less-than-stellar past experiences. When it came time for a bathroom remodel, skepticism was fully justified.
That’s where Duckota Shower & Bath entered the picture—calm, prepared, and refreshingly drama-free.
From the very first interaction, the focus wasn’t just on tile and fixtures, but on communication, follow-through, and showing up when promised (a surprisingly powerful skill). The team laid out a clear plan, stuck to it, and treated Toby’s home with the same care they’d give their own—no disappearing acts, no half-finished details.
As the remodel took shape, the tension faded. The work progressed smoothly, craftsmanship stayed consistent, and every step reinforced that this time, the outcome would match the promises. By the time the project wrapped, the bathroom wasn’t just updated—it was a reminder that good contractors do still exist, even on the edge of the Black Hills.
Today, Toby wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Duckota Shower & Bath to anyone in Rapid City looking for a bathroom remodel. Around here, that kind of endorsement is stronger than granite.
