In Rapid City, South Dakota, where the Black Hills loom large and the weather can swing from bright sun to sudden prairie storms in a matter of minutes, the Perez household was ready for a bathroom transformation. Their old tub had seen better decades—it was worn out, cramped, and topped with a shower window that made the space feel outdated and, frankly, impractical. Every shower felt like a juggling act: too little room, awkward angles, and the constant reminder that the bathroom could be so much better.
That’s when Duckota Shower & Bath stepped in. With a clear vision and a knack for detail, the team designed a solution that was both modern and functional. The outdated tub was removed and replaced with a sleek walk-in shower that maximised space and light. Removing the window allowed for a cleaner design, better water control, and added privacy, so the Perez household could enjoy their shower without worrying about drafts or awkward visibility.
The transformation went beyond aesthetics. The new shower is brighter, safer, and far easier to maintain, making everyday routines smoother and more enjoyable. Every corner, tile, and fixture was selected and installed with precision, reflecting a level of craftsmanship that only comes from experience and care.
By the time the remodel was complete, the Perez bathroom felt like a completely new space—modern, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. Even Rapid City’s unpredictable winds and storms couldn’t compete with the calm, polished feel of a bathroom done right. The Perez household now has a shower that’s not only functional but genuinely a pleasure to use, proving that thoughtful design can make a dramatic difference in daily life.
