In Rapid City, South Dakota, where the Black Hills rise dramatically against the horizon and summer storms can roll in as quickly as a tumbleweed, Dianne and her household were ready for a bathroom transformation. Their existing setup was a double shower head paired with a deep tub—a setup that sounded luxurious on paper but in practice felt cramped, outdated, and tricky to maintain.
Dianne wanted to keep the double shower heads—because why settle for half the luxury?—but she also wanted a more modern, sleek look with a walk-in shower and a sliding glass door. The walls were updated to crisp white for a clean, bright aesthetic that would make the bathroom feel open, stylish, and refreshingly contemporary.
Enter Duckota Shower & Bath, armed with experience, precision, and a knack for turning outdated spaces into show-stopping bathrooms. The team carefully removed the old tub and installed a walk-in shower that retained the double shower heads, added the sliding glass door, and incorporated clean white walls to achieve that sleek, modern vibe. Every detail, from tile selection to fixture placement, was executed with care, ensuring both style and functionality.
The result? A bathroom that feels spacious, luxurious, and fully customized, giving Dianne and her household the best of both worlds: the indulgence of double shower heads and the modern convenience of a walk-in design. Their delight was palpable—they couldn’t have imagined a better upgrade. Even Rapid City’s famously unpredictable winds and weather couldn’t compete with the sense of satisfaction radiating from a bathroom done exactly right.
